Workplace strategists are always thinking about how to best design the interior work environment to fit occupant needs. Given we spend about 90 percent of our time indoors, and nearly 50% of our time at work, we have an opportunity to benefit occupants through design, operations and the implementation of a creative wellbeing program. Here we present a series of programs to help buildings stimulate & expand their internal wellbeing cultures.

Why Do Buildings Need a tailored wellbeing program?

Attract Tenants with Workplace Wellbeing

1. Attract and Retain Top Tenants.

2. Wellbeing programs are a great vehicle to create relationships within the building.

3. Enhance the culture within, and the external perception of the building.

4. Drive a competitive hedge on the market with a product tenants highly value.

Where and when should I start?

For buildings looking to start fresh, and looking to generate the most out of their wellbeing investment, we recommend any of the below programs. Once you've decided on the option that suits your building best, we follow a simple strategy to communicate the program within the building and drive high engagement from tenants.

FAQ

What if I want something slightly different to these programs?

That's fantastic. We're here to listen to your idea, and we will most certainly be able to accommodate your needs. We can also provide a number of other, complimentary services that you may not find listed in the program options above. You can use the program options above to help guide yourself and blend ideas together to create your own. These options are the most popular programs amongst our clients, hence why their presented here, but creativity is a core value of ours and we are open to all new ideas.

What is the minimum commitment for a program?

In order to be able to properly assess the success of your wellbeing program, we require a minimum of one quarter. The first quarter can be your trial period and will be used as a pilot program to gauge and assess the engagement the different activities of the program are receiving.

Can you help us communicate the program internally?

Yes. Once you commit to a program, we can provide a set of useful tools to communicate it internally. We will work directly with our buildings to create a communication strategy of its own, to reflect their internal voice. We are here to provide guidance and can create tools such as flyers and articles for communication via your internal channels.

Where can I find more details about the sessions and the workshops?

Our corporate page draws a map of approach.  All sessions are detailed in our services page, a complete list of workshops can be found there, while more details on specific workshops can be found on our workshop page.

What do I need In my Building to move forward with a program?

The only item you truly need is the space to hold the activities. If you do not have space, we can still conduct the movement based sessions outside, but the workshops require space internally to be conducted.

How is this typically funded?

The great advantage of implementing a wellbeing program at the building level is that with multiple stakeholders involved and benefiting from these services, there are also multiple different funding options. Building management organisations may choose to fund it all from their budget, given the competitive advantage they gain from adding high value services to their buildings. You may also choose the pooled funding option, whereas building management will collaborate with the tenants and split the funding accordingly. Or, the building may choose to act simply as a coordinator in the equation, having secured funding from tenants interested.
