Workplace strategists are always thinking about how to best design and use work environments to exceed occupant needs and expectations. Given we spend nearly 50% of our time at work, organisations today have an opportunity, and a duty to benefit their staff through design, operations and the implementation of a creative wellbeing program. Here we present a series of programs to help businesses stimulate & expand the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of their staff.
How and when do I implement the programs below?
If you've not done this already, please have a look at our corporate wellbeing framework. This is our underlying methodology which provides an in-depth map of the best plan to action with our 6 steps explained.
The program options below would come in to play after Step 1 is completed, and we would make sure to revert back to the framework to implement successful change of the program to maximise engagement.

What if I want something slightly different to these programs?
That's fantastic. We're here to listen to your idea, and we will most certainly be able to accommodate your needs. We can also provide a number of other, complimentary services that you may not find listed in the program options above. You can use the program options above to help guide yourself and blend ideas together to create your own. These options are the most popular programs amongst our clients, hence why their presented here, but creativity is a core value of ours and we are open to all new ideas.
What is the minimum commitment for a program?
In order to be able to properly assess the success of your wellbeing program, we require a minimum of one quarter. The first quarter can be your trial period and will be used as a pilot program to gauge and assess the engagement the different activities of the program are receiving.
Can you help us communicate the program internally?
Yes. Once you commit to a program, we can provide a set of useful tools to communicate it internally. We will work directly with you to create a communication strategy of its own, to reflect your internal voice. We are here to provide guidance and can create tools such as flyers and articles for communication via your internal channels.
What do I need In my organisation to move forward with a program?
The only item you truly need is the space to hold the activities. If you do not have space, we can still conduct the movement based sessions outside, but the workshops require space internally to be conducted.
