What is the goal of this program?


The course is dedicated to enhancing people’s capability to unlock the infinite power of the mind by teaching participants how to self regulate through a powerful, effective and easily learnt technique. We will dive into the mechanics of stress. We explore how a consistent meditation practice changes the brain’s frequency and is the catalyst for growth.

After the 2 sessions, delegates will be able to practice meditation on their own and will be equipped with strategies to make it a daily habit. Delegates can also expect to have a sample roadmap on how to make an impact on the health and wellbeing of their teams.

No prior experience is necessary and is suitable for beginners to advanced meditators. This session is one of a kind that promotes a shared vision towards wellbeing!
