Success Without Stress Program
"One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was from a horse master. He told me to go slow to go fast. I think that applies to everything in life. We live as though there aren't enough hours in the day but if we do each thing calmly and carefully we will get it done quicker and with much less stress. "
What is the goal of this program?
This course offers both practical and theoretical insights into personal and organisational wellbeing. Together, participants are given the opportunity to craft a wellbeing strategy tailored to their teams, aiming to solve health & wellbeing challenges the workforce experiences.
Delegates will walk away with a shared vision of how to include wellbeing as a strategic pillar to positively impact their performance on a personal and professional level.
Though practical exercises, open discussions and shared opinions, we open and close this leadership training by guiding and helping the participants to identify the main stressors and challenges that occur in themselves and respective teams. We then design a sample wellbeing menu that will provide solutions to unlock individual’s potential to perform at their best.
The major part of the course is dedicated to enhancing people’s capabilities and resources by teaching participants how to self regulate through a powerful, effective and easily learnt technique. We will dive into the mechanics of stress. We explore how a consistent meditation practice changes the brain’s frequency and is the catalyst for growth.
After the 2 sessions, delegates will be able to practice meditation on their own and will be equipped with strategies to make it a daily habit. Delegates can also expect to have a sample roadmap on how to make an impact on the health and wellbeing of their teams.
No prior experience is necessary and is suitable for beginners to advanced meditators. This session is one of a kind that promotes a shared vision towards wellbeing!

What are the proven benefits of our stress management program?
The proven approach we teach, created by 1 Giant Mind, has gathered data from over 6,000 users who volunteered to record their meditation experience over a period of time.
The Perceived Stress Scale (The PSS is the most widely used psychological instrument for measuring the perception of stress) survey was built into the 1 Giant Mind app to track key metrics behind the effectiveness of the method.
The PSS is a measure of the degree to which situations in one’s life are appraised as stressful.
The results were overwhelmingly positive in demonstrating how the 1 Giant Mind technique profoundly increases stress resilience, emotional stability, and capability levels for coping with life’s challenges and demands.
Here are just a few highlights of the survey:
Feeling in Control
Controlling the important things in life improved in users by 16.6%

A 20% increase in the ability to handle personal problems
A 15% improvement in the ability to control irritations that arise
