What are the proven benefits of our stress management program? 

 

The proven approach we teach, created by 1 Giant Mind, has gathered data from over 6,000 users who volunteered to record their meditation experience over a period of time.

The Perceived Stress Scale (The PSS is the most widely used psychological instrument for measuring the perception of stress) survey was built into the 1 Giant Mind app to track key metrics behind the effectiveness of the method.

The PSS is a measure of the degree to which situations in one’s life are appraised as stressful.

The results were overwhelmingly positive in demonstrating how the 1 Giant Mind technique profoundly increases stress resilience, emotional stability, and capability levels for coping with life’s challenges and demands.

What are the ways in which this course is run?

There are two options. You can chose to do this course individually. The course is crafted for you in a private setting, around your schedule, and the content customised to your situation, goals and priorities.

The other option is to do this course is a small, interactive group setting. Going through this experience with others can be helpful, given others may raise questions who’s answers may provide useful to you as well.

This course is delivered in 3 sessions. It teaches a powerful, effective and easily learnt technique that you will be able to practice on your own and make a daily habit. In these sessions you will learn:

•The 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique

•How to practice it on your own

•How to instantly change your brain frequency

•The mechanics of stress and how meditation helps

•Strategies for making meditation a daily habit

This technique is considered a foundational practice that compliments and enhances other meditation practices. No prior experience is necessary and is suitable for beginners to advanced meditators.
