Why Virtual?

Because connecting teams together in person may not always be possible, effective, or may even go against your environmental or health policy.

Connecting through a virtual guided session is simple and can be implemented very quickly. We will happily used your preferred platform; we can work with Google Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting, and others.

Connecting teams virtually makes geographic dispersion no longer an issue, and those who rarely get the opportunity to connect for reasons other than work collaboration now can spend meaningful time together practicing to reach deeper levels of focus, and present-mindedness.

 

What is Meditation?

Meditation is an effortless cerebral process that stimulates the full potential of the mind and triggers deep recovery and rejuvenation from stress. 

Nothing is required to practice, learning is easy, benefits can be felt instantly, and over the long-run an astounding transformation will be felt, widening your whole life experience. 

Contrary to what many might believe, meditation is easy to learn and the benefits are experienced immediately. Learning doesn’t require previous experience or fancy gadgets. Those who consider themselves to have the busiest minds and feel it will be impossible for them to learn can be taught to have deeply satisfying meditative experiences in weekly sessions over the course of 1 month, or 1 quarter.

What is needed from us to set up these sessions in our workplace?

 
  1. Your preferred internal virtual platform (Google Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting, etc…) and we will work to adapt to your preference.

  2. The best times of week, and day, to run these sessions. Many of our clients run them three times weekly. In most cases, we’ve been keeping the sessions short (around 20 minutes), in order to easily fit them in your staff’s busy schedules, and to make them more easily accessible for those who are new to meditation, and still unaware of all the incredible impact it can have on one’s life. Research also supports the fact that 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation per day can be enough to have significant positive impact.

  3. An internal coordinator to act as a wellbeing leader we can work with. This person’s role will be made easy by us providing them with all the resources they need (internal communication they can send out, guidance on the best ways to promote the program, and conversations about continuing to define success over the long-term in collaboration with them).

  4. A workplace culture that puts the health and wellbeing of their staff first. This is critical and will allow high levels of participation and the best ROI on your investment.

PRICING

Pricing will depend on whether you would like just one sessions (1-off), or have recurring sessions. For recurring sessions, the minimum commitment is 12 weeks.

  • 1-off sessions (45 mins) | $300+GST

  • Recurring Sessions (45 mins) | $180+GST
