This workshop explores the dynamic and complex concept of energy, aiming to leave you with personal strategies to cultivate your energy.

We all go through periods of higher, and some of lower energy. This natural cycle is normal. There are times when our circumstances put us in a place of prolonged low energy. If you feel this happening to you, this workshop is here to help you.

Certainly not only for those experiencing the dip, the workshop dives into the important pillars of finding an organic, rejuvenative source of vitality.
