Online Mental Health at Work Course

What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.
— Glenn Close

What is the goal of this program?

There has never been a busier time. Too many projects, too many meetings, too many emails to respond to. Finding clarity and focus is harder today than ever before.

Getting caught up in the daily grind can result in losing the awareness of our most precious asset: our own mental health.

Additionally, the new way of working that so many of us have adopted can make it more difficult to meaningfully connect with our peers, add value to their day, and have heart to heart conversations with them.

Moving forward, more of us will need help on what is needed to be mentally healthy in the workplace, and how we can thrive at work by cultivating the right environment to nurture mental health. This course helps explain how you can implement the right systems for your own mental, and also how you can support your peers with theirs, overall adding value to the wellbeing culture of your organisation.
