Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel.”
What is Yoga?
Yoga is a time-tested practice that aims to cultivate boundless levels of energetic and physical fitness.
Yoga cultivates greater health and wellbeing through the practice of a range of different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.
Working long hours hunched over a computer, skipping meals, keeping a phone glued to our hands and ears, and rarely leaving our chair for a break will take a toll on our bodies and minds in the form of stress, tension and sickness. Stress in the workplace is inevitable, and yoga is here to interfere with the negative repercussions on your body, and help you respond to stress differently.

How is Yoga Practiced in the Workplace?
Bringing yoga to your workplace is simple, it requires a simple space, participants to wear active wear, and yoga mats.
We bring a certified yoga teacher in your workplace, and they will guide a team of up to 20 individuals through a tailored and culture focused yoga experience lasting a total of 45 minutes, or less, depending on your needs.
What if we don't have the space in the office?
That's fine! Many of our current clients do not have space in their office. An alternative can easily be arranged. The nearest park is always a favourite, it allows employees to disconnect from their office and connect with nature, in many ways enhancing the experience of the class.
