What are the benefits of our corporate webinars in your workplace?

Our corporate wellbeing webinars aim to spread a culture of wellbeing in your workplace by focusing on exploring key topics that will have a critical role in nurturing and growing physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of your workforce.

These virtual sessions help start an important conversation in your workplace and in the teams. They also leave participants with resources, frameworks and exercises they can continue to use in the future. Running workshops regularly can help teams work more effectively.

Healthy teams are happier and more productive. It pays to invest in the teams not just the product.

What are the topics of our corporate webinars in your workplace?

The full details of our corporate workshops can be found on our Webinar page. We dive into the key take-aways of every seminar and offer a more in-depth idea of how they come together.

Should we deliver virtually or in person?

This important decision will come down to weighing the benefits of each delivery style against your goal. We can facilitate all our workshops in person, but webinars are traditionally designed to be delivered virtually.

Connecting teams together in person may not always be possible and effective. Hence, a session is simple and can be implemented easily. We will happily used your preferred platform; we can work with Google Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting, and others.

Connecting teams virtually makes geographic dispersion no longer an issue, and those who rarely get the opportunity to connect for reasons other than work collaboration now can spend meaningful time learning together.

On the flip side, we are now familiar with the online fatigue workers can experience. Engagement in person can be higher, and some sensitive topics may be easier to accommodate in person. We are happy to help you through the decision.

"It was very beneficial to attend Joannie’s Mindfulness & Productivity session. It is very easy to get caught up in the busyness of work and forget how some simple changes can make a big difference to our health, happiness and how this also impacts our productivity at work. It was great attending this session with colleagues as it makes it easier for everyone to support each other in making these changes."

"We decided to engage Joannie to present at our Executive Assistant event after seeing her speak at another corporate event. The evening was a huge success. Joannie was divine to deal with, had fantastic presence, interesting and varied content and held the attention of the room for the entire talk. We had so much positive feedback with some attendees saying it was the best networking event they had been to. We will absolutely engage Joannie for future talks and would highly recommend her in future!
