This workshop is designed for everyone that self-elects to learn about how mindfulness can improve their daily lives, both at work and personally. It’s not related to leadership or seniority.
Note: we will review the target audience with you prior to delivering the workshop to gather more insight to make the workshop more relevant to your participants.

WORKSHOP GOAL
This workshop runs through recent scientific evidence exploring the changes that take place in the brain from a short 10-minute practice of daily meditation.
Participants are guided through a number of ways to carry their daily meditation practice. The facilitator will run the audience through numerous ways to meditate, and popular tools and applications that are helpful.
