Choosing Between Webinars and Workshop
Webinars: a webinar is delivered in the style of a presentation to an audience of any size. Given these sessions are not capped, they are great to create inclusivity. They remain engaging by offering short individual exercises and offer science-backed strategies that participants can apply to their daily lives. Webinars are 45 minutes.
Workshops: These sessions are meant for smaller groups and are capped at 20 participants. They offer a blend of science-backed insights, and allow participants to practice and achieve deeper learning with exercises in small groups through breakout rooms. Workshops are 2.5 hours (can be adapted if necessary).
