Attending this course allows you to build personal strategies for emotional resilience, understand your stress mindset and thrive at work. We explore ideas and recent science to remain positive, productive, and mentally tough, both in your workplace environment, and in your personal life.
Course Outline
Tools & Techniques to take care of your own mental health and wellbeing
Build an understanding of how your thoughts drive your behaviour and outcomes, and how to reframe your thinking for a new and positive perspective
Recognise early warning signals of overload and apply an effective technique to build, and grow your resilience
Discuss and explore your ability to develop and maintain positive, and healthy workplace relationships

How long does this course run for?
The courses are capped at 25 participants and run for 2.5HRs per instance, for a total of 3 instances.
