Getting Started

Getting Started with pilot programs

We want to help you reach your wellbeing goals by making it easy to partner with us.

A popular way to begin your journey is to test out what would work best in your workplace. We offer a number of pilot programs which will help you determine which activities have the biggest impact with your employees.

Pilot programs are commonly deployed for 4 to 6 weeks. In that period, we can gain enough insights and feedback from participants to orientate a plan that’s aligned to your wellbeing vision and that generates the impact you want.

Below we’ve included an example of a what a popular pilot program looks like.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please Explain the different parts of this program; What are the differences between wellbeing sessions, webinars, workshops and courses?

We offer different types of services, which are all explained in more depth here. In pilot programs, 4 different types of sessions are delivered. Here is a summary of our services:

Yoga & Meditation Wellbeing Sessions: these refer to yoga and guided mindfulness meditation sessions. The yoga sessions will be 45 minutes, and the guided mindfulness meditation sessions will be 20 or 30 minutes.

Webinars: a webinar is delivered in the style of a presentation to an audience of any size. Given these sessions are not capped, they are great to create inclusivity. They remain engaging by offering short individual exercises and offer science-backed strategies that participants can apply to their daily lives. Webinars are 45 minutes.

Workshops: These sessions are meant for smaller groups and are capped at 25 participants. They offer a blend of science-backed insights, and allow participants to practice and achieve deeper learning with exercises in small groups through breakout rooms. Workshops are 90 minutes (can be adapted to be 60 or 120 minutes if necessary). The list of all the topics we deliver workshops on can be found here.

Courses: Building on a similar format to our workshops, you can think of courses as a series of more extensive workshops focused on the same topic to allow for a much deeper dive and deeper learnings about the topic. These run for 2.5HRs per instance, for a total of 3 instances. The courses are priced per participant, rather than per course. The list of all the topics we deliver courses on can be found here.

What is the maximum number of employees that can participate in the pilot program?

When the wellbeing sessions are delivered virtually, there is no cap to the number of participants for the yoga and meditation sessions. You can open these to your whole organisation, as long as the time zones permit. The same is true for webinars; if delivered virtually, there is no cap to the number of participants that can join.

The courses are built with interactive exercises to create engagement and allow for a deeper learning experience. Therefore, they are capped at 25 participants.

While extending the pilot to whole organisation is certainly possible, for large organisations we may chose to focus on a specific geography to begin with. This will make the logistics easier at first; you will only have to promote the program to a smaller subset of employees and lesser communication is required.

How will we know if the pilot program has been successful?

We will work with you to set metrics that are aligned to your wellbeing goals. Metrics will take into account participation and engagement numbers, but more importantly value that participants are experiencing, which we will measure with surveys in real time.

How is relevant data captured during the pilot program?

Our virtual platforms allow us to record the number of participants. We combine this with qualitative data by sending out short surveys to participants to understand the impact they are experiencing from the program. We will share these with you along the way, and provide a more detailed summary of the pilot at the end.

What strategies can you share with us to help make the pilot wellbeing program successful?

First, it’s important to get the communication about the program right. We will help you with this by sharing relevant articles, promotional materials, email copy for the sessions, and more. A successful communication strategy around the pilot is one where you are sharing the message across multiple platforms. This could look like a short message at your all-hands call, a short and simple email, and communication in your instant messaging platforms on the right channels.

Second, it’s important to get some wellbeing champions internally. These are the people that will encourage their colleagues to participate in the sessions by sharing their positive experience. These champions do not need to be in a leadership role, and certainly are not committing to anything demanding; a few messages shared in a meeting and over internal messaging platform may be enough to make a difference.

Third, get leaders to lead by example. Our virtual guided mindfulness sessions can be as short as 20 minutes, and our surveys found that 90% of participants agree that they make a significant difference in their work productivity, enjoyment of work and stress levels during the day. If leaders participate in these sessions, a powerful message is sent out to the organisation that employee wellbeing is a priority, and this goes a long way in shaping your wellbeing culture.

What options do we have at the end of a pilot program, and what are the next steps?

Once the program has been completed, we will schedule a de-brief. We can discuss the data and insights from participants, share lessons learned and observations, and decide on the next steps together. There are no commitments from you by signing up to a pilot program; if you wish to pause the wellbeing initiative for the time being, or taking the required time necessary to make the right decision, we will support in your decision.
