By promoting such activity, your employees will be more active and subsequently happier, more productive, and more likely to be satisfied with their job.

Sleeping and eating correctly, for example, are vital to managing stress, so stocking the break room with fresh produce or healthy snacks will help ensure employees don’t make the mistake of fueling their stress with unhealthy sugary products.
