Coronavirus, working from home, and your wellbeing
“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity” ― Albert Einstein

If you were waiting for permission to begin our journey to better health, well, there you have it.
What is it that you've been delaying?
Spending more time with loved ones?
Adding structure to your workout schedule?
Removing things from your life that don't add much value anymore?
Buying organic food?
Creating a better plan to reach your goals?

Being less rushed in general?
As organisations make working from home the norm, it's a good time to recall that while “History doesn't repeat itself, it often rhymes,” as Mark Twain put it.
