We thought you'd never ask.
In Bloom believes that happy and healthy people will make any business thrive, so we focus on improving the wellbeing and productivity of individuals by delivering bespoke wellness solutions to organisations.
High performance” has long been the gold standard of success in Australian workplaces. It’s what we hire for, train for, and reward. But lately, it’s become clear that there’s a quiet trade-off behind those numbers, metrics, and milestones. Because when performance is pursued without pause — when productivity becomes identity — it comes at a human cost.
Every team has that one person — the steady one. The calm voice in the storm. The leader, manager, or colleague who quietly keeps things running, who notices the details others miss, who holds space when everyone else is overwhelmed.
Resilience” has become one of the most overused words in the modern workplace.
We hear it everywhere — in leadership programs, HR strategies, even job ads. But what if the way we talk about resilience is quietly contributing to the very burnout we’re trying to prevent?
Every organisation talks about managing change. Few talk about feeling it. Behind every restructure, new system, or strategic shift are real humans — with uncertainty, hope, and often quiet fear. For leaders, guiding people through change isn’t just a communication exercise. It’s an emotional one

We’ve read that on any given month, the simple phrase "How to Lose Weight?” will be plugged more than 135,000 times into Google. The constant quest (and sometimes battle) to lose weight and keep it off is one that nearly every single human being has already, or will be confronted with at any given point in their lives.
For many of us, roughly 15% of our lives will be spent in the classroom, to learn, to widen our horizons, to get exposed to new idea & cultures, to deepen our knowledge, and fundamentally, to change our brains. Some athletes will train as much as 35 hours/week, to excel, to compete at world class levels, to master their craft, and fundamentally, to change their bodies (and this all starts in the brain).
We recently wrote about challenging yourself, and doing things that seem crazy to others. Challenges can be more fun and successful if they are spread across a community, and that's what we want to create for the month of June. First, let us give you a little background on where this all started.
Lululemon is a world class brand. We wear it everyday; we train in it, we go to work with it, and have to admit that we oftentimes even go out in it. We have dressed our loved ones and special clients with their gear for the last 10 years. That’s how much we love their product and what they are all about. Testament to their value, their employees absolutely love the brand too.
"lululemon is a company that takes quality product and turns it into an opportunity for connection. We work to inspire our community to live to the max! To live each day with life / work balance, dreaming big and never letting anything stop you from living into any possibility"
-Tamara Jade Stauch, Key Leader
The company’s vision is to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness; our company’s vision is to empower the world with wellbeing.
Our brand’s have been resonating well together for a long time, so in alignment with lululemon’s new campaign “This Is Yoga”, which underlines the importance of living your daily practice, we have decided to create a mindful challenge for you.
Yoga: The term "yoga" comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "union." Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen the muscles and relieve stress.
The challenge will be a held throughout the 30 days of June to highlight the importance of maintaining a daily mindfulness practice
We want to know what’s your practice, and more importantly, want to keep yourself accountable by sharing it with our community. Take a picture of you in action, share it with our hashtag #inbloomproject & #thisisyoga.
We are passionate about inviting people to live a more meaningful and purposeful life, and that starts with doing what you love, everyday. To us, that's what living a life “in yoga” is all about. The real practice starts when you step off of your yoga mat. For us practicing includes things like swimming in the ocean, walking amongst tall trees in nature, getting lost on a roadtrip, and practicing the art of photography. What is it to you?
Practice: the actual application or use of an idea, belief, or method, as opposed to theories relating to it.
This video outlines various practices of living. Whether you are painting to find the practice of expression or boxing to find the practice of clarity, those are individual ways of becoming the best version of yourself. To get inspired check this out.
Mindfulness: A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.
The June challenge will kick off on the first of June. We have something very special planned for the two most active community members....
