Workshops
Target audience
Few managers understand the size and scope of their impact on the wellbeing of their teams. The majority we interact with claim to be insufficiently trained to set the right environment, behaviours and habits. The challenge is magnified when leaders must deal with staff going through mental health challenges.
Therefore, our workshops are primarily targeted to people leaders and wellbeing ambassadors. In the case of topics like “Team Health Monitor”, they can also be targeted to a specific team in the business.
What are the benefits of our workshops in your workplace?
Because leaders and wellbeing ambassadors play a foundational role in fostering a culture of wellbeing of their teams, most organizations want to invest in them to make sure they have the right enablement, and resources to continue to improve the culture over time.
Hence, our workshops aim to spread a culture of wellbeing in your workplace by focusing on exploring key topics that will have a critical role in nurturing and growing physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of your workforce.

Should we deliver this virtually or in person?
This important decision will come down to weighing the benefits of each delivery style against your goal. We can facilitate all our workshops in person, but webinars are traditionally designed to be delivered virtually.
Connecting teams together in person may not always be possible and effective. Hence, a session is simple and can be implemented easily. We will happily used your preferred platform; we can work with Google Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, GoToMeeting, and others.
Connecting teams virtually makes geographic dispersion no longer an issue, and those who rarely get the opportunity to connect for reasons other than work collaboration now can spend meaningful time learning together.
On the flip side, we are now familiar with the online fatigue workers can experience. Engagement in person can be higher, and some sensitive topics may be easier to accommodate in person. We are happy to help you through the decision.
