Who we are and what we do

In Bloom is a team of ex-corporate leaders who experienced great companies struggle with wellbeing, and fail to deliver on the culture their employees envisioned.
We have therefore come to believe that happy and healthy people will make any business thrive. So we focus on improving the wellbeing of individuals, performance of teams, and culture of organisations. We take the greatest of pleasures in what we do, and therefore, we do it well.
As an extension of your team, we work closely with you to develop and execute a wellbeing strategy built for the way your employees experience work today. Together, we help shape the culture that brings you innovation, and elevates you beyond your competition.
Our workshops are primarily targeted to people leaders and wellbeing ambassadors. The aim is to breakdown specific topics into tangible frameworks, and key tangible items you can implement (starting at the workshops).
After advising clients on their wellbeing strategies for 10 years and achieving great results, we feel confident we can help you in Mental Health First Aid journey. We will work with you to align the course with your current wellbeing strategy and help craft the path to your wellbeing objectives.
Our corporate wellbeing webinars aim to spread a culture of wellbeing in your workplace by focusing on exploring key topics that will have a critical role in nurturing and growing physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of your workforce.
The amazing insights that come from the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey was the evidence-based data we needed to help leaders and their teams achieve new levels of health. The program is designed to deliver deep insights and actionable steps to shape and sustain success, at work and at home.
Connecting teams virtually makes geographic dispersion no longer an issue. Those who rarely get the opportunity to connect for reasons other than work collaboration now can spend meaningful time together practicing the art of yoga; a fun and deeply rewarding activity helping you reach deeper levels of focus, and present-mindedness.
Meditation is an effortless cerebral process that stimulates the full potential of the mind and triggers deep recovery and rejuvenation from stress. Nothing is required to practice, learning is easy, benefits can be felt instantly, and over the long-run an astounding transformation will be felt, widening your whole life experience.

“I enjoyed participating with the smaller groups and have a lot of takeaways.
JP was very organized with clear and concise slides that really drove his points home.
I love that not only did we learn the skills for resilience, but we got to put them in perspective for ourselves and prioritize where we need to improve and how to get to the next step.”

Very few of us were prepared to work from home to the extent we did in 2020. What was a welcomed option once or twice per week became the new normal overnight. While technology made the initial transition appear seamless, overtime challenges became visible; neck & back pain, challenges maintaining focus, longer work hours, less mobility, difficulty tuning off, etc.
In this two-part series workshops, we draw on thousands of years of medical texts and recent cutting-edge studies in pulmonology, psychology, biochemistry, and human physiology, to turn the conventional wisdom of what we thought we knew about our most basic biological function on its head.
There is no shortage of way in which stress will affect our lives. Stress’ cyclical natural means it may simply be a weekly occurrence or may become something preventing you to living your best life.
This workshop explores the omnipresent concept of stress, aiming to leave you with personal strategies to understand where you may improve, and habits that can help you when things get difficult.
As employers or staff, we all have a tremendous impact on the culture of the workplace. All of us have the power to create an environment where people feel confident asking and answering this simple yet important question.
